Returns Policy

We Always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us for a return. We will gladly accept your return as long as you follow our return policy. Please read the return policy before you place an order.

If you received a damaged product or if there is anything wrong with it, you must email us for a return request within 7 business days of delivery. We will contact you to issue a return authorization form.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you want to make a return. The customer is responsible for postage on returned merchandise. Original shipping/handling charges are nonrefundable.

Our goal is to offer brand new products at the best price possible, and in order to keep the high standard of quality of our products, any used and opened items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If items get damaged during transit, we are not held responsible. Until we receive the package safely, it is your responsibility. Thus we recommend that you insure the package, and use a shipping method that enables you to track
the package.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
If you want to make an exchange, you will pay shipping fees to return your product to us and shipping fees for us to ship a new product to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
